What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, listen to and grow a distributed team of frontend and mobile engineers - driving technical excellence, clarity of direction, and consistent delivery.
- Drive technical decisions and architecture in tight collaboration with the Frontend tech lead.
- Architect and develop our web clients using modern tools and agentic AI.
- Own the React frontend, driving its direction and evolution within a mixed codebase.
- Evolve frontend infrastructure and tooling to support scale, quality and uptime.
- Partner with Product to prioritize effectively and deliver high-impact outcomes.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of production frontend development, with strong hands-on React experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading an engineering team.
- Startup experience - comfortable with fast iteration, deep ownership, and ambiguity.
- Solid command of frontend build, testing, and deployment tooling.
- Ability to navigate and ramp up on mixed or unfamiliar codebases quickly.
- A sharp eye for UX and a feel for clean design.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Experience with Vue.js and React Native.
- Experience leading distributed or global engineering teams.
