What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend & mobile engineers - fostering growth, clarity, and technical excellence.
- Architect and develop our web clients using modern tools and agentic AI.
- Own the full development cycle - from idea to deployment and beyond.
- Collaborate directly with founders and a tight-knit R&D team.
- Drive decisions and push innovation in a product-led company.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of production experience in frontend development.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading an engineering team.
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments where ownership runs deep and things ship fast.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue 2/3 (and love working with it).
- A solid grasp of frontend build, testing, and deployment tools.
- A sharp eye for UX and a feel for clean design.
- Bonus points: experience with TypeScript, a passion for beautiful code, and a strong command of English - written and spoken.
